3. Open your company file in multi-user mode again.

2. Enter ping [servername] and press Enter. You should see a reply for each packet with none being lost.

1. Open Control Panel, click System and Security, and then click Windows Firewall.
2. In the left pane, click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall (if you are running Windows Server 2012).
3. Click Change Settings.
4. Select Network Discovery, and then click OK.
Solution 4:
1. Return to Services:
a. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
b. In the Open: field, type services.msc and press Enter.
2. In the Services window, scroll down to the service for Windows Firewall.
3. Double click Windows Firewall.
